Lucid Dreaming

Meditation is important when it comes to lucid dreaming but beware and beware as it is possible drifting off into WILD to meditate TOO much and you end up dreaming for 2 hours about lying in bed meditating trying to drift off to sleep only to awaken and realize the whole time you WERE asleep and dreaming of trying to get to sleep. BEST solution short meditations interrupted by reality checks. Get up jump see if you hover or fly and return to meditating.
